hi jayniel...my robo lives alone in the cage...he squeks softly twice...but now he is falling asleep on the wheel...

robo will bored if lives alone...
last time, mine also alone, then when i give him a new partner, he become more happy (as what i can see), can play the wheel together, etc..

hehe, that proves that robo's are social animals.
i want a robo too!!

hmm originally i was thinking to get one only coz i worry tat hamsters would fight and hurt himself...now i have another issue to worry if to get him a fren...when i bought my robo, the seller say it's a male but i really doubt his profession...he sound uncertain himself....i really wanna check my robo gender but he really quick and kinda refuse to be 'cubbed'...the most friendly action i accomplished with my robo is juz tat he walks into my hand and eats calmly....i feel quite happy with tat already...dun dare ask for more....haha...i guess step by step lor

My robo lives alone too, simply because the last pair fought. don't know what happened to the other...since when I rescued the hamster she's the only one left.

btw, what other food and stuff that i should provide to the mama hamster?

How come will? For robos who are descended from the same family and have lived in the same place since birth, they will not fight. The ones who are rejected are stranger robos. Family is never rejected. Only just born pups might be rejected.

Their small quarrels which I don't consider as fighting is just for dominance. When the daughter grows up, she will want to be dominant. The mother will discipline her and let her know that the mother is still in charge. Like that lo.

Robos are truely happier in pairs. Or a small community of same genders. If community with different genders, the males will be fighting all the time. The pair do almost everything together.

I think Nezu asked a survey of what people feed their nursing moms. But...cannot remember. diet is quite high in protein and calcium I think. People give a good mix of dry and fresh food plus mealworms/tofu/egg

Oh, must have enough calcium. No calcium how to make good milk?

im back people!

the moment i came home, my WW looks excited to hear me. Poor baby must hv been neglected when I was away. No one wants to play with it coz it bit my sister before. They do feed it when the food runs out tho

i got 5 cage,
1 small tank,
i 1.5 feet tank..
they got too much toy.....

2 cage got tube...
1 4 robo n 1 4 WW..
robo got da most since their size small

got 1 3 storey self made cage too...
4 another 2 WW
