Btw, why is it that when I go to GPS > GPS DATA > POSITION

It is stuck on Waiting for GPS?

APAC version of E71 dun have this feature as stated by many forum like Howardforums, hardwarezone.sg.

Not sure why nokia disable it on E71-1 (APAC variant). Some said it will fix it on next firmware update...Let pray

well it sumtimes take longer time to lock ur position..u hav to be patient..

Don't forget to enable A-GPS.

Menu>Tools>Setting>General>Positioning

Is anyone using the white E-71 as Ive been looking all over KL but still not getting any luck. Anybody knows where to get?

The white one is very hard to get...as i know, there's none yet in Malaysia..the famous one is the 'grey steel' & 'black'..maybe for another month there will be the white colored one...be 'sabar' lah...

I called Nokia Service Centre and they gave me a few authorized dealers contacts and none of them is carrying any white colour unit just yet. Also contacted almost every seller here haha. I want it really bad but no one likes my money for now!

Just wanna ask those using the E71 already. Is there Mail For Exchange software installed with this phone? I'm currently using E61i that comes with that as standard. I need that software to be able to use my company email. Thanks.

No but you can download it from the Nokia business website.

hmm..me and my dad bought our E-71 at Nokia One Utama (Zitron E71-1 version) and the phones do have this. Does this means mine is Europe version instead of APAC?

Is the below possible on E71?

1) One click button to syn all the remote mail box (pop3 type). Currently setup a few pop3 emails in the phone. To reteive email, I need to go to each mail box to connect. A little bit inconvenient.

2) On calendar item (eg. Meeting, To-do) date field, can we bring up the calander to select date? Currently, need to type in manually, a little bit inconvenient too especially you do not know the actual date but you know the meeting is on let say next Friday).
