how to turn omnia camera to webcam anyone know?

its our job as omnians to try out new things for our omnia,
example, rom. we wont know d quality of a specific rom
until we giv it a try though,

i assume that u try it out already la huH? i got 1 question, can we flash to any ROM regardless which ROM tat country come from? like omnia from malaysia flash to other language, no harm 1 rite?

Hey guys, could ya roughly lemme know how sufficient is 8GB to you ? I mean like, some movies, software, pics, songs...FULL ? Or plenty of space left. Trying to decide 8GB or 16GB to get.

yes no harm.. it is the same.. just that beware some ROMs are not in English and there are few ROMs intended for specific telco provider as mentioned in the Modaco ROM thread.

Added on October 30, 2008, 8:05 amthat depends on what you want to put in your Omnia.. for me 8GB is more than enough for my personal data... for maximp it is not enough..

If you want to put e.g. 1 full season of Lost or Smallville e.t.c than 8GB is not enough for you.

my definition of personal data is my work documents, few mp3s, contacts.

If I want to watch movie or tv series while on the go, I would copy them in my Omnia and delete them after watching thus giving my Omnia lots of free space.

i just want to know...did omnia has a folder witch come with password...i want to save my ehem2 movie in my omnia..hehe

that "ehem" movie is what real man should have...

that "ehem" movie will burn your motherboard..kekekek better save it to external memories ..just put in omnia when u want to watch

just get the 16GB as you got nothing to lose, just add roughly another RM200++ only mah......
it is better to have more than less, right.....

wah......dam kau kau lah you, but i think now 16GB microsd is out edi, time to increase to 32GB of memory space for you...

still no solution for this issue im having ar? anyone having the similiar problem?

I know this has been asked many times but my problem still cannot be solved.

I can't turn on my camera because of "Not enough video memory. Please close other applications and try again" message. I've closed all apps and task manager shows nothing is running. Both my main memory and storage card are almost empty.

what should I do?

what firmware version you're using? I encountered the same problem like urs but it got fixed when i flashed to HH3 firmware which is the latest official firmware from samsung. No more error popping out when i wanna use my camera.

Dudes, i'm getting poisoned by this thread. I was seriously thinking of N96 but after bad review on the keypad and battery life, I'm now thinking about Omnia.

Only thing is... no real keypad is scary for me cause I'm so used to ipaq 66xx.

My gripe with Windows mobile is I keep losing memory space and donno where it goes. So typical of Microsoft. Also the phone function of Ipaq is such a turn off. Frequently cannot connect to an incoming call and sometimes very difficult to call out. Volume also sucks.

Furthermore - GPS is important for me. So how's everybody's take on the Garmin software? Is it easy to use for Malaysia? Other country maps are easy to get?

How about games and Software - like converter, news and stocks etc? Are there a lot available for this phone?

Btw, who's your trusted dealer and how much for the 16gb version. AP la... with good warranty of course.

I usually buy from Sunway Pyramid up there...
