meal plan like below

bfast : Oatmeal + telur + susu/kopi @ omelet
10 AM : tuna sandwich/peanut butter sandwich
lunch : nasi campur + dada ayam + telur + sayur
post-wo : protein shake
dinner : chicken rice
supper : susu

lol it seems like my post. sorry bout that.
sometimes one doesn't realizes that his build isnt proportions.
maybe overtrain his favorite parts. while outside ppl will give comments such as "wah nice body",
gym goers might have much constructive opinions.

because bodybuilding is not totally about being big, aesthetics and proportions count too.
