i do circuit to "burn" the forearms. barbell wrist curl > barbell reverse grip > plate pinch.
high reps 20-30 reps each with no rest.

forearms, calves, and abs need high reps, they already used to heavy workload. i read this sumwhere in bb.com.
Got one guy even guy as high as 50 reps....lulz
