i have to do fronts squats because no squat rack. i use benchpress and then lift from there.
why i didnt use Oly style front squats? my wrist is not that flexible.
so leg press + front squat + legs extension for me sad.gif

probably can. probably not. they are champion to begin with. they train at very young age.
ive seen people jab sustanon but look nothing like them.
they forth guy show me his pic at 17yo....way bigger than most of us here, and ripped too.

you can take steroid, but there's no guarantee you will look like them.

oh, they shrunk a lot...probably go natural for Mr Klang....lulz
