Quite effective coz i have seen many pregnant women.

and here some rumors
eat a lot of meat will get boy
eat a lot of vege will get girl

statement above: NOT TRUE
i tried before...

i have some more rumors for u
if after u "do that thing", u sleep to left side will get girl, right side will get boy

hohoho...then it will be a very good news! easy to have boy or girl...

I heard the round and sharp belly b4..
All my cousins were predicted tat way..
maybe we should do a survey here to find out!!

haha....do an ultrasound...fast way to know the result.

ultrasound can be wrong also what if the hands put at the groin region!?

well, of course, doctor have to get patient's consent if they want to do that.

i dont think it works like that lah....
normally the parent will ask the dr about the gender. pressured by the mother in law i think..
doctor will not kepoh kepoh and tell the patient , ei...u have a girl AH!

once there's a guy who wanted a baby boy very very much...
but after 4 times pregnant, still get a girl...
in the 5th pregnancy, the doctor delivered him another baby girl..

He screamed at his wife : " apa ni? pompuan lagi??"

The wife cried and cried and cried...she blamed herself because unable to produce a boy... while the husband kept on scolding her..

In the end, the Doctor cannot tahan already...
he confronted the husband...and tell him.

" sebenarnya, jantina Anak adalah ditentukan oleh Bapa, Bukan Emaknya..."

So, wat's the story Behind...
1. Be Happy with what you get...no matter it's boy or girl.
2. for girl: nvr blame yourself if you dun get what you want..
for guys : nvr blame your wife if you dun get wat you want..

do u mean u see or when u touch the abdomen. as i know,when u touch there is 1 lobe,its the head, if round with 2 lobe,its the baby's buttocks..

actually it's pretty easy..
first, you identify where the baby lies..
the longest axis which you can feel the parts is usually the back of the baby. by 36 weeks, the baby should have establish a stable lie, either right or left...if the lie unstable, better get a check see what's the reason. it commonly found in placenta praevia cases where the baby have unstable lies.

once you found the back of baby, move across the back, and feel for the end...(either upward/downward)
if it's hard, that's the head.
if it's soft, that's the buttock.

Buttocks soft, you'll still feel as one mass! Head = hard, so that's the difference!

Ultrasound is the best and easiest way. No fetus knows how to put her finger up her ass to make her look like a guy! The only way you cant determine is when the thighs are approximated. Whatever it is, a few times you do, sure can find out! Sharp, round.. omg.. seriously? Sharp like needle? like knife? like triangle? all pregnancy = round abdomen (unless got problem).

male sperms dies faster, but swims faster.
female sperms swims slower, but has a longer life span.

so need to do calculation. u need to know when is ur ovulation happening. one way is to do a lot of counting months before u wanna get pregnant, another way is... get the ovulation predictor in pharmacies.

if u want a boy, 'do it' right on time or just before ovulation.
if u want a girl, 'do it' slightly after ovulation.

method proves true to both my pregnancies, both girls

erm...
females don't have sperms ....
females have egg - ovum - it's round and it has no tail !
hence, Ovum does not "swim" like the sperm.
The ovum is swept by cillia (like you know tentacles of the octopus; mini version) in the fallopian tube of the female reproductive organ.

the word sperm is reserved for males only !

Now,
gender of the baby is entirely dependent on the sperm.
A little bit of genetics.

To be female (girl) you have to be XX chromosome
To be male (boy) you have to beXY chromosome
it's the Y chromosome that makes a human MALE

So during reproduction,
the female ovum will only only have X chromosome ( cuz females has only XX)

male sperm will either have X or Y chromosome ( males has XY mah, logic right?)

So
when the male X sperm meets the X ovum = XX ( yippy~ you get a baby girl )
when the male Y sperm meets the X ovum = XY ( yahoo~ you get a baby boy)

That is why
- it's the man that determinez the gender/sex of the baby not the woman!
- there is alwayz a 50% chance of getting either a boy or a girl in each pregnancy.
