hello. Anyone know what is the function of Saferon pill ? My wife went to the gov Hospital and the nurse ask her to buy this Saferon pill. What is it for ?

Hi kurtkob.. Saferon is a pill for iron and folic acid supplementation. It contains iron and folic acid - Fe (Iron) 100 mg), folic acid 500 mcg.

It comes in chewable tablets , and should be taken during or immediately after a meal

I have 4 kids already. any QUESTION regarding to pregnancy, feel free to ask. My pregnancies all went smooth (no conflicts) and i don't think it's very painful. Only when the baby's head about to come out, you feel the actual pain.
Actually, every pregnant women are not the same. Some vomit after meals, but i don't. Some legs got bengkak. Depends on ur age.

It is safe to have intercourse during pregnancy.... just don't be too vigorous....

Intercourse during pregnancy SHOULD NOT be practice.
When pregnant, women already feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Plus it might cause "keguguran" too (if the embryo haven't stable)

Sex is not all about lust. It's about the love it brings between 2 married people. Any book would say sex is permitted in early pregnancy. However, it increases the risk of infection being transmitted to the fetus. This can bring deadly consequences, so just keep the hygiene up and dont overdo it. Everything else should be alright!
