once there's a guy who wanted a baby boy very very much...
but after 4 times pregnant, still get a girl...
in the 5th pregnancy, the doctor delivered him another baby girl..

He screamed at his wife : " apa ni? pompuan lagi??"

The wife cried and cried and cried...she blamed herself because unable to produce a boy... while the husband kept on scolding her..

In the end, the Doctor cannot tahan already...
he confronted the husband...and tell him.

" sebenarnya, jantina Anak adalah ditentukan oleh Bapa, Bukan Emaknya..."

THe Husband silence.....

So, wat's the story Behind...
1. Be Happy with what you get...no matter it's boy or girl.
2. for girl: nvr blame yourself if you dun get what you want..
for guys : nvr blame your wife if you dun get wat you want..

cheers

actually it's pretty easy..
first, you identify where the baby lies..
the longest axis which you can feel the parts is usually the back of the baby. by 36 weeks, the baby should have establish a stable lie, either right or left...if the lie unstable, better get a check see what's the reason. it commonly found in placenta praevia cases where the baby have unstable lies.

once you found the back of baby, move across the back, and feel for the end...(either upward/downward)
if it's hard, that's the head.
if it's soft, that's the buttock.

yeap, it's very important to take care newborn, as they are very "fragile" and their immunity is still not establish well yet.

next time i should put a poll and ask how many mother now actually breast feed their child...
it's a very interesting topic actually...cause most of the mothers now no longer breast feed their child...with reason like- no enough milk, pain, cosmetically effect, too busy etc...

well, there's always advantage getting pregnant in early years instead of older age...
1st, faster recovery period...and most important...you can regain your body shape faster...(from what i observe from younger mother)...

not just because high metabolisme...
it's most likely because of regeneration rate is faster in younger age group...

if you see older women get pregnant...they become fat...then, most of them become "just like that" after pregnant..
for younger women...you'll reallize they regain their shape faster even they out of shape during pregnancy..

partially i think because of self esteem and initiative...why?
young girl ma...sure want pretty lor...
suddenly become fat already...sure cannot accept... some more so young..still want to go shopping, buy beautiful clothes...
body like "tat", macam boleh o...??

for older women, they might not care that much already lor tongue.gif (of course some of them care....no offense... tongue.gif)

hohoho.. tongue.gif

well, it's because there's aren't enough preparation for this "accident"... blame both of you for being so careless. This is the complication after some joyful hours...now u dun have use any protection anymore because she's already pregnant.

it depends how long your gf has already pregnant. On whatever means, it's illegal to do abortion, unless the pregnancy itself harms the health of the mother. Otherwise, pregnancy must not be terminate.
eventhough it's illegal, but there's still some doctors perform D&C dilate and curretage in their own clinic...

Be a responsible guy, share the burden and raise the baby...financial shouldn't be a problem as long as u work hard. if you have problems with baby, you can always refer to your parents..i'm sure they'll be very happy to take care for you.. tongue.gif
as for your gf, you need to convince her not to do abortion. the reason she thinks negatively is because lack of support.....other than that, there will be lots of complications during and after D&C done ...

i can show you a whole list, but the acute one should be intense pain, bleeding profusely, and even cause uterine rupture if the surgeon sucks...
if the fetus was failed to remove completely during the procedure, it'll cause retain product of conception, leads to prolong bleeding...and death. i had a friend who nearly died from that... she did abortion outside... and admitted to hospital because the vaginal bleeding wont stop after the abortion... then she went into shock...
the surgeon scope her vagina and found a leg inside...

the later complications are increase chance of ectopic pregnancy, due to the injury of the wall of vagina during procedure...

think before you do... i'm discourage you to do it because it's illegal...
but in any means if you still want to go ahead, pls find a good gynae surgeon. it determine the outcome even the cost is expensive.

well, if you're not familiar with baby delivery, it's better to start off with placenta delivery.
learn how to delivery via control cord traction and fundal pressure first...dun rush. identify signs of placenta detachment -> gushing of blood, lengthening of cord and increase in fundal height.

dun rush to pull that thing out or you'll ended up uterine prolapse or retained placenta. by the time you see the placenta, you can start deliver placenta via turning motion to keep the membrane intact.

once you get better on this, then volunteer yourself to deliver some uncomplicated multip case. Most probably you wont have chance to do primi case because it require episiotomy.

it's kinda struggle to wait for the baby out...you wnt have nice sleep during obs oncall...baby just pop out anytime they want.

When you get to conduct a delivery, you'll know how wonderful it is to bring a baby into this world.
