Well there is no secret....shoot on a fertile period and voila, you get lucky. Unless there is a more specific question like:

Hmm here are some secrets tho :

1) Dont use contraceptives
2) Learn more about fertile period / ovulation
3) Try more often

I was told...

15th day after the first day of period... best time for s3x. Do that consistently everyday for 1 week around that 15th day week, chances are high can get pregnant.

Also Chinese believes: For the girl, try not take so much cooling food/drinks if you plan to get pregnant.

i think that is an exciting for women who are pregnent when they is a little baby inside the stomach

not soo sure. though i never heard about it. But from wat i was reading as well...i doubt that they would be very accurate. the best thing is to get it done in the clinic.

There's not really any 'compability' medical tests unless you're seeing a Sensei

You can go for fertility test but that's an overkill.

Thalassemia and HIV tests should suffice

well those drama maybe just over do it. Well wat you can do is try to conceive a kid.
after a year or trying and fail, (sorry for sounding bad), you and ur partner could do a fertility test.
well i think that is wat u see in the dramas and movies.

but let me get this rite, you want to run a test against urself or ur husband to see if you guys can conceive baby even before you get married.

Hi guys, need advise about pregnant, my wife think that she pregnant... she test with cheap pregnancy test branded "Guardian" and show pregnant but doubt on accuracy due to cheap price... again, she test with another expensive pregnancy test branded "Clearblue" and it showing pregnant this morning... i recall back, my last intercourse with my wife is 3 weeks ago... is it means that confirmed my wife had a baby? even the recommended brand "Clearblue" indicated pregnant...

anyway, i hvnt drop a visit to clinic for intensive checking yet... should i bring my wife to check by doctor now? or later? also, i hvnt do marriage medical checkup before yet... required some advise, i dont know what i should do now...

She's pregnant - the sticks are pretty good

Just go to clinic ask to confirm. They'll ask u to pee on a stick also, since I think 3 weeks is too small for ultrasound (my baby was barely visible on a transvaginal ultrasound even after 2 months!), but I may be wrong.
