we aim to get pregnant in one year's time. is there anything i should do during this one year period to increase the chances of getting a baby? btw, i will be 30 next year

anyone know if gynaes Dr Tang and Dr Lee Say Fatt from SJMC are breastfeeding friendly? Are they also pro-natural birth?
