Just install hd20 bought from tauke Htkaki.very excellent dlp pj.I dont noticed RE at all.Picture setting out the box is very comfy to my eyes.Need to play play with setting later to get optimum result.

my lamp just burnt out after a year + of using it..planning to buy another bulb from htkaki by raya..

whats ur lamp total hours usage?

duno..cant access my projector at the moment to check..but the lamp indicator says need lamp replacement.

but 1 thing weird happened couple of days back..in the morning..i tried..the lamp did not want to turn on..but..at night when i tried again..it did turn on..

how often do u use the projector? daily? or only on weekend? how many hours per use? (eg: 2 hours everyday)

usually daily..max 5 hours per use..once in a while 8 hours straight..

u have so many movies to watch..

not really sure about that..currently wondering has the lamp spoilt or is there something wrong with my power unit? coz if switch on the power switch and then turn on the projector straight away..the fan will start and after a while the lamp led will show lamp failure. However, if i switch on the power and then after half an hour or 1 hour or so turn on the projector, then the projector runs fine.

Then the lamp is still OK la..

Anyone try out HD67 at 120hz? I'm interested in getting a unit to try out 3D. Only problem reported by HD66 user is you can't turn off the white flash even if you turn off DLP Link in the menu. White flash is not needed for Nvidia 3D glasses, only for DLP Link glasses which kind of kill the contrast because of the white flashing.

Have the HD67 but never try it. Both in the boxes.

at the moment, i am pointing my PJ to a white wall. This way, can only view it nicely when i pull down the curtain to make the area dark. If I put up a fixed screen, would i be able to view it in a bright environment?

what about the firehawk screen? are any of these screens sold in malaysia? and surely it would be expensive

Yeap. Damn expensive. Firehawk you can get from KL. Can't remember who is the dealer. I'm interested in Diamond II 1.4. If it can really increase ANSI contrast of projector around 50%, it is a good investment. I'm waiting for end user measurement for comparison between normal screen and diamond II.
