Just found this thread....

I bought my Waja brand new 5 years ago.... so far normal problem, power windor, fuel pump, compartment box and so forth....... since I intend to keep this car until become besi buruk.... I want to ask how to resolve my simple but seems like unsolved problem.... the cigarette lighter fuse.... from beginning until now always blow.... put big grounding wire also same... 1 fuse onli can tahan 2 days.... go to service center... Waja itu macam la boss.... stupid mechanic... Already more than 1 year I do not replace the fuse anymore...

Problem is I want to use GPS in my car... also want to charge my phone la... I'm not a smoker... so anybody got any solution?

u already do grouding also same?how many point u fix?dun go back to the proton service central lo..

the grounding not done by proton... becoz service center with straight face said cannot fix...

I'm not a techie la... done at normal accessory shop... put big wire at battery terminal with 4 wires going somewhere... cost me rm200... damn... that was done almost 1.5 years ago....

ya.normally v do it at ass. shop.but rm200 only for 4point? like too much already le.
i hv done 3point at ass last 2 years only rm90 + installation.
after that install grouding my light now everything ok..i also hv at VS zaptor.

never heard of it la boss... sori can explain further... I'm not a car mod la... my car all still standard even after 5 years of usage.. so you know
how boring kind a person I am.... only now after almost 5 years old want to revive my Waja la...

hey, i had the same problem like you last time, i using this pendrive to lisen to music and it always blow, i ignore it and upgrade my player into a cd player... btw, better dont change phone in the car, it will spoi your phone, this is what i heard from my friend...

different case, but almost identical. My head lamp keep blowing. today left, next week right......damn it..

duno, i din do any tuning on my car, lolz...

it shouldn't be, normal road it is ok, only when going up slope. anyone else having the same problem as mine?

your car is 2003 right?i driving 2002 waja la dude..
i think my rike more older than your rike la.
i also just do it recentlt n wan to revive it..
that why this money i hv spent rm2700 repair my car + change tayars n rims.

hmm..I know what happen..did you install any accessories in ur car? coz some accessory shop fella tap the current there..me also kena before..so got one time, I made a big mistake which really scares me..I decided to put in a bigger capacity fuse..after a few days of using, suddenly one nite when I was driving, smoke came out from the dashboard and whole interior was in smoke...I pulled over and pull my battery terminal off and called my friend who is also a mechanic..after checkin, found out that my whole wiring linking to the cigrate lighter has melted from dashboard till console box..so send to the wireman and have it sorted out..they link it to other place which have more current..after that no problem d..
