It won't trip. if you check the outside tnb fuse sometimes it rated 100 A. more than the demand that u have right now.

total hp u have 6hp. it is not even close to 30Amp

It depends on how we use the air cond.
That wireman are right, it won't trip.
But if we always turn on all the air cond at the same time, it will be different story. When the outdoor unit are energized, it will draw 2X of the rated current for 0.5-2 seconds.
So if we always turn on all together, it will create heat stress to the connecting points.\ which later melt them and cause fire.

Just on the aircon alone, 1hp = 4 amps, 1.5hp = 5.2amps, 2.5hp = 11.5a,amps
Total = 20.7 Amps

Now imagine a small party in your house all aircons running and someone taking a
hot water shower.

Add Bath Water heater (hottest)= 24amps, kitchen load rice cooker = 10 amps, fridge = 5 amps, microwave, water kettle=10amps microwave - 10 amps
Total = 59amps

Add lights/fans and miscellaneous TV, sockets total another 10amps

Grand Total = 90.7 amps. Almost no more safety factor.

Prefer 20% safety factor for transient overloads and copper wiring aging.

Add another phase to balance the electrical load is good advice.

If we used China wires should broken somewhere already, that is why we needs invest 100% copper wires at all.

Can imaging also electronic water cooker wire can be burned as well.

What water heater take 24amps? that is 5.5KW
Rice cooker, getting for huge one? Panasonic Large rice cooker 4+L only take 7Amps, only the huge one 7L take 11Amps

Your ratting look like is for a family of 8-10 members in a big house.

NVM, as long as you can get 100% copper, I will give you.
But, must be test with reliable tester to check for 100% copper that has no other impurities inside.
If the so called wire you get has impurities inside, you have to pay for the lab test whistling.gif

All these on at the same time? shocking.gif
And invertor aircond calculation will be different already.

My house has got 1x2.5, 1x2.0, 1x1.5, 5x1HP (Total 8), 5 water heater, fridge, hood and oven and all the downlights and light boxes. My electrian has laid lay all the new wiring and install a 54 ways EPS Metal Switch board with all the necessary MCB and 3 Phase 63A 100Ma ELCB. Total cost RM1800 (Include supply and install this 54 ways EPS Metal Switch board). All the load balancing has been done. And my meter is located outside and ready with 3 phase wiring from developer since it is new house and no any new cables is required. What i need to do now is to apply TNB to change the 3 phase meter only. My electrician quote me additional cost as below:-

1) To apply 3 phase meter runner fees-RM 1600
2) Another 2 payment to TNB RM1700 and RM 2000
Total RM 5300

My question is it overprice since only need to apply meter ? Or is it i am still ok if stay with current setup 1 phase without upgrading to 3 phase meter.
Pls kindly advise.

Refer Joven instant water heater http://www.joven-electric.com/product_deta...d=2&series_id=8 specifications.

On highest (hotest) setting it(instant water heater) will draw 20+ amps from your supply. I have confirmed this with a tong tester.

Also don't take the best case scenario that they are using new expensive low power high efficiency energy saving electrical appliances after one(1) year usage any 2kw/3kw rice cooker/kettle will draw near 10 Amps from your mains.

Malaysia unit usually 3.6kw. I doubt you can get the 5.2kw unit.
