Still the speed lower than GPRS

no changes

mine at Bandar Baru Bangi...got umts, load web fast and feel good as D68...


But i'm D98 user, should get HSDPA... wuarghhhhhhhh...

i guess the 9th May upgrade successfully carried out in penang only for the moment.

It seems many people are reporting good speeds today, let's hope things get better in the afternoon, who knows maybe the upgrade is not 100% completed yet.

I hope so, tho the connection is not like yesterdays which always dc-ed and dropped

Called their careline tho they said should be resolved by today, I think not everyplace resolved yet :s

For me it is alright but the upload speeds are lower than before, previously able to touch 100kbps.

Still with 56k or slower than gprs speed :/

Reporting from Kepong area... since yesterday midnight, speed no bad..make landcall via Skype no problem at all..noticeably fast response time compared with few weeks earlier..
Satisfied for now...

Upload and ping are considered quite OK.

Called careline, she said by today's 12 a.m., if my line is still bad, feel free to make a complaint.

I surf Internet is quite smooth but if I test from speedtest, I get this horrible test...

My results, just done a couple of minutes ago. No improvement whatsoever from three days ago, since I got that SMS quota message. My account has been capped at 120kbps download. No matter what I download, no matter from what sites I download, my download maximum is 15KB/s according to the Huawei connection manager software. That translates to around 120kbps. Something is definitely very wrong with my D50 "premier" account

Anyway, I have written to their Careline to lodge a formal complaint before escalating it to the MCMC/SKMM as required by MCMC regulations.

And I can't even get a HSDPA slot since three days ago, it's always UMTS only. With my other SIM card, same location, same equipment, no problems whatsoever getting an HSDPA slot. Sigh...

Here's the proof that my account has been capped at 120kbps. Notice the "trend" of the max download speeds.

still the same old speed fr me
now i am abt 1000meters fr celcom center,
this is definately the pre upgrade speed

but loading of pages is faster now

Wow...look at my Izzi speedometer test results. It definitely confirms that my account has been capped at 120kbps.

Quite amazing, if you ask me...



Anyway, one good thing is that my connection has now turned symmetrical. Pity it's barely better than dial up though...

This morning report, then this afternoon some celcom technician called me and they're now checking their tower site if got problem or not :s

@_@...confused now ...still 50kbps 51kbps up >_<
