Well it depends I think, I remembered fruitie did a speedtest with BitTorrent running and the results was quite good while the BitTorrent speed was quite high too.

It is not yet fixed for my side.

I told you, the maintenance is on-going. I'm getting such speed too. I hope when it is fine, then it can go higher. I got average 25kB-30kB when the line was fine.
Yellow or green is not a matter, you can still BT. Mine is yellow all this while regardless on Celcom or Streamyx.

Let's wait until tomorrow (after working hours) and pray for the best to happen.

yooo...currently im trying to dload kaspersky installer from their site..
grrr...my dload speed below 10kBps..,mmmm

International connectivity is having some issues at the moment, not sure about other ISPs though but I am pretty sure something is wrong on TM's side.

Test was done without BT. If turn BT, haihh... sure even worse.

see i told u guys to HOG the damn bandwidth b4 it get congested and your connection will be preserved
