izzi speedtest...i must admit it slower now compare this morning...

i bet its gonna crawling at 8.00 pm onwards, so much for upgrade improvement..

Well, when the clock ticks sharply at 12.00 a.m. later and I'm still getting this kind of snail paced speed, I'll call careline immediately and make a complaint to them. I actually know it won't be fixed today, not trying to be pessimistic but the current situation has not improved at all. shakehead.gif

my line speed doesn't improve but very stable, not a single dc occur from after 12 till now (9pm) .....

I've called and guess what idiot Celcom person, I have to use that adjective because I'm very angry now answered me with an answer that didn't cross his brain first.

You know what he said, "Cik, kamu harus faham dalam T&C dah tulis dah kalau banyak orang guna, speed itu akan dikongsi bersama, jadi lambatlah. doh.gif"

I answered him, "Encik, apa kamu cakap ni. Selama ini tak ada masalah dengan Celcom saya, speed bagus line stable. Cuma hari Selasa lepas, line saya dari 300 lebih kbps jatuh mendadak ke 60 lebih sahaja dan ada kala cuma 40kbps. Hari-hari saya call kepada careline, staf lain suruh saya tunggu sampai hari ini, kalau sampai hari ini masih ada masalah, saya boleh buat complaint."

Then he answered, "Cik tahu tak 5GB bandwidth limit tu? Mungkin line cik dah kena."

I said, "Saya sudah check dengan staf yang lain, mereka kata tak ada masalah dengan account saya. Sekarang buat report untuk saya."

Then he asked for my address details and I gave.

I asked, "Berapa lama saya boleh tahu jawapan untuk masalah saya?"

He said, "3 hari bekerja, cik."

I said, "Oh, besok cuti lah ya, jadi kena tunggu sampai minggu depan lah? Sekarang saya nak technician datang ke kawasan saya untuk check dan call saya."

He said, "Cik, mungkin besok line tu OK ke."

I said, "Kalau besok boleh OK, saya tak payah tunggu 4 hari. Takpe, saya akan call lagi esok kalau line saya masih teruk."

He said, "Ya, boleh call dari semasa ke semasa untuk check."

I said, "OK, bye." I hung up.

Sorry, I need to separate this message from above because I need others to see this clearly. My biggest mistake is I didn't hear clearly his name. doh.gif

conclusion: nothing we or they can do...celcom careline will never solve our problem... they are not technical people... unless they put technician or engineer on call than we'll get appropriate answer...

there are stupid people, who cant find jobs. taken by celcom, to answer stupidly to customer based on their stupid training given by sialcom.

U can try and try and call them, the only thing that they can do is write complaint and give stupid suggestions and opinions.
