Okay guys, here are my report on Teddy's Neutering Experience.

It was a bright and sunny Saturday. I woke up early that day, since I have to go to work. But before that, I also need to send my sugar glider, Ted Remus Lupin to Yeoh Veterinary and Surgery clinic. So I went to the bathroom to get ready, while letting my PC to play some japanese songs.

Five minutes later, I'm all ready with my black, silky shirt, my suede jacket, with a matching pants and a brown checkered pouch. I later scoop Teddy from his sleeping pouch and transfers him into the bonding pouch. He seems excited knowing that he got to travel with me that day, clueless about the fate that awaits him.

Soon after that, we are on the road with my black Honda Wave. The journey to Taman Megah is confusing, especially since I seem to forgot to bring the directions and contact number of the clinic. But I seem to be on the right track. After a few phone calls and sms to fellow friends, Hun and Joan in particular, I finally found an average sized building, with 'Pet Family' written over the building. Its a sign from heaven, I thought! So I enter the shop and asks for directions.

Unfortunately 3 different staffs told me 3 different stories. So I stick to my gut and go around the neighborhood looking for the right way. And then I found the clinic, in a row of shops that is facing the highway. I smiled, then park my motorcycle and grab the door handle. It was locked...

Okay, just kidding. The door was locked, so I rang the bell. Then I heard a clicking sound, and I am sure thats the sound of the door being unlocked. I was right. So I enter the clinic.

From the entrance, I can see that theres a guy and his girlfriend trying to contain their dog from attacking me. On my right there is a registration counter, with a makcik chatting on the phone. From the sound of it, it seems like some personal phone calls. So to test her professionalism, I make my way to the counter. And to my suprise, the makcik is very professional. She immediately ends her phone calls and with a smile she greets me. "Yeoh Vet, how may I help you?" she asked.

After explaining about my appointment, she took out some forms and make me fills them. "For a sugar glider surgery, it is RM210" she says. I pay the money and leave Teddy and his pouch to the lady. She carefully took it and bring him into a room. Then she returns and say I can return in the evening to pick him up. "Do I need to see the doctor?" I asked. "No need." she replied. Then she says that the doctor is not even here yet. So I head out of the clinic and starts my motorcycle. It's time for work.

To be continued... Really this time. Takut panjang sangat. Haha...

Aiyaah. Teddy Jr. is still there lah. Neutering removes the balls, not the penis.

i have a meeting in 5 minutes, and am quite busy. so just drown yourself into the suspense. Haha...

from what kp(or was it bonai) said in bonai's joey selling thread they still can mate but after the 1st month of the neutering the female wont get pregnant..
the 1st month part not sure.. i think that goes for humans..

Yes, neutering is removing the "pom-pom"/"balls" only, NOT the penis lah

Yes, that means they can still mate but will not be able to produce.

The 1st month thing is, after neutering up to one months later, if the suggies mate, chances of the female getting pregnant is still there because of the left over eggs/sperm in the males system is still there. It will slowly diminish with time which is appx. 1 months lor.

So will the bald spot, musking and hormones

Poor teddy has to go thru such fate. I thought he's living alone right? No female so why neuter?
