Just logged in and glad to see some many replies, thanks and appreciate.

I have done all resets but didn't work. Reloaded the firmware 1.1.4 to my phone, jailbroke/unlocked with Ziphone (sorry, frozzbyte - not due to Ziphone) and still it won't work.

I think it should be more to a "mechanical fault" and I followed zc_squash's advice and link to a site. The trick is to plug-in and out using the headphone jack in order to remove the debris. A respondent reported that the method works but I tried several time, still not working. Maybe I need to wait for few days, carry the iphone around hopefully that the "debris" will fall/disappear but itself.

nokia2003, I don't mind to be "ajak-ed" out for coffee but I am from Penang...

Anyway, thanks again guys for your advice.

Added on July 13, 2008, 3:10 pmI solved it! After plugged-in and out (fast in and out) a few times and blow air (using my mouth - not airgun), it's back to normal.

I am not the only one got it, try visit this site and many reported of such case, hope it helps.

Yes, it is usually caused by the dirt in the audio jack. Glad that it works already

why after i convert a video using itunes,there's no audio?
play in the itunes no audio,even in the iphone?huhu

clones are funny funny and are looking more n more interesting..

just install intelliscreen, cool application, but it really tends to slow ur iphone down. esp when u slide to unlock, its like when u slide, the icon is not moving, have to wait 1-2 sec before it bring u to summerboard.

hmm the folder where iphone store our music files etc seems funny. if u go thru the iphone each directory, u can find em under the itunes folder but u cant direct copy any media files from there coz all the folder & files dont have name, they have actually but mixed with alphabet & number..
need help of 3rd party apps to copy/ backup required files

intelli screen is not freeware, hehe, give u a trial only...

i suppose alternatively put reminder...but nth beats hving the calendar but upfront...

actually i like WM no matter how may anti-WM.. used to it since 2003.. can never look back... i only stop using PDA because of iphone collection...
