I have both 360 and PS3,
but bcoz of the 3Rod case,
i'm actually quite disappointed with 360.
Now my 360 is still in Singapore,
waiting for Microsuck$ to change a new one for me.
Now i'm in fully potential with PS3.

For me..all the three consoles are good in their respective purposes..

1)Wii-if you like to play games with ur friends a lot..
2)Xbox 360-if you like to play shooting games a lot...(games a lot cheaper if you know how to find it...you know what i am talking about...this also appy to Wii..huhuhu..)(Caution : Prepared for 3ROD)
3)PS3-if you like to play most japanese games like RPG, action, and less shooting...but must spend a lot of money to buy the games...

but if you ask me...i choose PS3 for my favourite consoles..although i don't have one of them yet...

To anybody who would want to play online multiplayer games, PS3 is the way to go. Free online, and the games are region free so you could get almost all games a few days after it's official release date.

My vote's on PS3. Even though I love 360's library. Spending cash just to play online on top of original games is just too much for a Malaysian gamer like me.

Besides, with the PS3, you dont need to buy any controller peripheral such as the Play&Charge kit. Although HDMI is like a MUST-BUY.

First of all, Ive been playing PC online gaming for a long time and if I could play online for free on PC and PS3, I dont see why I should pay a premium just to play on Xbox Live. I buy original games to play online and that's already a step away from piracy but for me to buy ori games AND pay for online is just too much lah. That's why I stick with PS3 for online console gaming.

And about the play&charge thing, when I bought the 360, I bought the premium set which included the Wireless controller. So I had to buy the Play&Charge kit. If I were to buy a wired controller just because I dont want to spend money on Play&charge kit, that would be a dumb move wouldnt it? I'd be losing the wireless gaming feature and I'd lose more money than I would with a Play&Charge kit because a wired controller is more expensive! And yes, 2 years ago, the peripheral seemed expensive when compared to PS3's built-in battery in the SIXAXIS.

ps 3 games,most of the game i like but i run by blueray disc..so it quite costly..

xbox360:games are cheap,can enjoy imitation games..are the same time u can play watever type u like it..

right now, if I am not mistaken, xbox360 does has more exclusive games. some of the exclusive games are great.
although the ps3 has less exclusive games, their library of games is growing. and for my personal taste/opinion, the ps3 has legendary games like final fantasy, metal gear solid, resident evil, silent hill and so on...

p.s: halo is legendary, I think.

I have one more question for u. I dont really understand what u said about the graphic of ps3 and xbox360. according to the comparison below, shouldnt the ps3 has more praphical power? are there other technical stuff involved that make the xbox360 more powerful graphically?

btw, I owned a ps and ps2. ps3 not yet. but I do hope I am allowed to voice my opinion here. I also owned a pc. a rather outdated one compared to today core2duo.

If u willing pay for original game, i think u should not be a problem to pay a 12-Months Gold Membership which cost under USD50 or less. U only need to pay rm14+ per/month for online. Charge &Play kits also need to pay for 1 time, unless its broken u need to buy another one.

I currently now own all 3 consoles at the moment (PS3, XBOX, Wii and 3 units NDSL). PS3 have just joined my family on Monday To be honest I love all 3 consoles nomatter what weakness they have. We can compare all the mumbo jumbo technical stuff which i don't give a damn but what i totally care about is total enjoyment with me and my family. All 3 consoles have their pro's and con's we can go on arguing about it and it can go forever. .

I usually keep my ears closed on what console to buy but rather follow my own instinct.
