1/2 connection relives the restriction set for p2p. you can download Event ID to re-patch 1/2 open connection. Use google...... please be aware of what you are doing b4 going thru this stage. WInxp supports only 100. so anything between 50-100 is ok. anything above that would require.......... just read more bout it.

Your speeds look fine for 1mbps. Nothing to worry about.


yup it all comes back to the amount of seeders and the "BANDWIDTH" for upload that they are willing to give.



xunlei doesnt support private tracking torrents period !

i have a question. i'm having trouble downloading, when 2 torrent is running.but when only 1 is running it run smoothly .any1 know why? my tcp limit is set to 80.

and wad is the the pop out when you start a download? i know theres a 256 number in it the rest i dont understand.

check that particular torrent for seeder and peer level. else make sure u have enough bandiwdth for both. Probably that torrent is sucking everything up.

also i dont know about the pop up , but next time if u encounter it , can screen shot and post here for us to view and give explanation.

wat i meant was different. assuming u have only 2 torrents downloading, if 1 of it moves and sucks up all your bandwidth, how is the other gonna move ?
assuming u're on a streamyx 1mbit line, your bandwidth should carry around 90kb/s and above, if 1 of your torrents are downloadin on 90/kb/s that leaves the other torrent with no more bandwidth.

as for the picture , i have no idea what it is as well. never encountered that before.

erm... can any kind xunlei users provide me wif some websites that works well wif xunlei? Chinese or English sites oso can la, but betta if it's English cuz my Chinese language's standard not so high.

i only know english sites that USED to work well wif my bitcomet until the d@mned streamyx throttle down.

my xunlei oni works after midnite. day time a lot seeders but dl not moving. but midnite can dl a bit. speed around 1x to 4x kbps. haiz...

btw, did anyone experience having their modem hang to no return after a while using xunlei? i'm experiencing that at the moment. running a few diagnostic currently. want to isolate if it's a hardware problem or a software or a streamyx problem. sigh..sad a

I wonder your frend is using 1mps the 1st place, 170kbps is indeed very very rare ! But most likely it because the data is coming at a higher rate than the xunlei is handling. Imagine pushing big bulk of water in to a small pipe, of course the speed increased !

Anyway, 101kps is quite normal for streamyx, mine oni 106kbps, not much different ! Just change your IP next time when u get lousy connection. Get a new set of IP.

Added on September 26, 2008, 2:59 amTat happen a lot of time, when u download a large size file like more than 8Gb perday, happen to me lot of time ad.

Mostly it happen because TMnet prevent ppl to download to many file perday ! Most of the time it not your modem or pc is the problem ! Streamyx is the black sheep

My suggestion, restart your modem, clean your dns cache and eveything, then use the second fastest downloader Flashget ! After a while, then start using xunlei again ! Work for me Otherway is to use the " Low ya " modem provide by streamyx which enable you to connect back again

Streamyx no happy we download.... they block download

is there any common sense between them?

Anyway, i'm use xunlei 5 with P1Wimax, Izzi and Streamyx SDSL no problem, normal can get full speed.

But when it come with maxis, celcom, normal streamyx, you know when you experience it.

i've been on metrofon for very long. no throttling for me. xunlei full speeds anytime of the day.

streamyx 2mb .......tak jalan unless after midnight. even if jalan also bout 2-3kB/s waste time.

now only can try VPN solution or SSH tunneling ...
No DL life is boring ....

my files from dattebayo are still running at high speeds even on streamyx wor. not full speeds but quite high.

only at night i get full speeds. that's around 2am + onwards.

throttling during the day perhaps ?

Just now my connection speed become very slow as I'm downloading file from rapidshare with xunlei a.k.a thunder. The download speed is very low, less than 5kb/s and I'm having hard time to surf net, very very slow. I tot is streamyx problem, but once I close the xunlei, everything goes back to normal. Then I open xunlei again, without downloading, just open and leave it idle, then my connection speed become very very slow again. I'm pretty sure that there is no torrent file sharing behind it on the xunlei. Do you guys have the same problem too? or it is my computer problem??

same here...normal surfing with xunlei on will normally slow down ur net conn speed. without xunlei will speed up ur conn. irregardless if there's any dl tasks on ur xunlei. correct me if i'm wrong on this.

recently my pc has shown "limited or no connection" ......
i think it is because of using xunlei, any face this problem b4?
i restart pc & modem also useless still the same thing came out.
Any one have solution for this?
