Luckily I have other ISP then Streamyx.....
 Grovernment no happy we surf on line.... they block websites. Streamyx no happy we download.... they block download is there any common sense between them? Anyway, i'm use xunlei 5 with P1Wimax, Izzi and Streamyx SDSL no problem, normal can get full speed.  But when it come with maxis, celcom, normal streamyx, you know when you experience it.
