lol...was playing my with my fwen....he have arcanis in play...i double shocked it...the spells went up the stack, then my friend activated arcanis's "return to it's owner's hand ability". then i responded with another pack of burns. So the burns resolve first, sending arcanis to it's grave. Then, when arcanis's abi resolved, does it return arcanis to it's owner's hand from the graveyard??

I doubt so. Unless he has another 4 mana to activate the ability one more time in response to your new pack of burns. Please correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

hello,

New to this thread. Didnt know there were people on LYN discussing about MTG. Anyway, just wondering if any of you have extra bitterblossoms? I want 4 for my second playset. Do pm me your prices. Thanks. The meta in hometown isn't as vast as yours.

I have been thinking of a 5 colored reaper king deck too. Opened 5 reaper kings from boosters; might as well use them.. I doubt it will be competitive though.

To answer your question..no it cannot be returned to your hand from the graveyard. Usually an ability on a creature applies only when it is in the play zone. It only works in other zones, if it says so. But the shock thing you did is right, though wasting four cards to finish one is quite wasteful. It would have been better if you use all that burn to his head!! I reckon that was at least 9-10 damage there!

omg are u serious mark? O.o
i was expecting u to go lark being the type of player u are lol...
currently i sitll think faeries the best...
maindecked terror ones that is (interesting debate of nameless vs terror which terror is better due to the ability to destroy cloudthrester)...
RDW have an uphill battle vs finks and primal commands unless they land a early everlasting torment (who somehow have no board pressence)
BG elves would be replaced by GWb elves...
Doran rock is one of the best decks out there still but vulnerable to the best deck, faeries...
