Toybox at Taman Paramount will be having their very 1st Magic Sealed Tournament on Saturday (17th May 2008).

Format : Sealed (1x Shadowmoor started + 2x boosters)
Entrance Fee : RM 60 per person

Good luck. Nice place, though I would think they won't be able to support more than 12-16 persons for a tournament right? Will be real crowded at 16 persons.

Would be interesting to attend but would really depend on the prize payout. Is it a top 8 draft like regular sealed events? Will deck registrations and deck checks be enforced? (hopefully, yes) And lastly, do they have a judge for the event? (If not, suggest you invite Fong or Michael Toh too).

Format #1: 8 boosters as prizes, 4-2-1-1 for 1st to 4th place. 4 more DCI foils for 5th to 8th.
Price: RM32 per person

Format #2: 8 boosters as prizes, 6-2 for 1st and 2nd place respectively. 4 more DCI foils for 3rd to 6th.
Price: RM32 per person

Format #3: 8 DCI foils as prizes, prize distribution to be decided.
Price: RM25 per person

All are sanctioned, keep-what-you-draft, and will be either single elimination / swiss round robin.

These will go into effect immediately.

anyways i'm selling damnation at 55 bucks each (negoable if buying 2)...

only possible option would be puncture bolt which is subpar T.T

not exactly subpar.. would probably be appearing in alot of red sideboards soon.

i think most would deck everlasting torment...
torment is a great card but somehow just backfired at you at the wrong time (chump blockers which makes ur creatures smaller)...
