by latest I assume you mean for "Standard Deck"
I couldn't find any single that can destroy artifact and/or enchantment continuously
but you can accept card that destroy artifact only continuously, you can try Tuktuk Scrapper

I'm not sure will this combo work; Kor Sanctifiers with Venser, the Sojourner. If they do then, you could probably use them.
