Perhaps will can try to call up their fengshui master to come to your door step to use his device to dectect the strong signal location. Haha something similiar to thse fengshui master which taking their compass looking around lol!.
and maybe you need to give extra charge for that kind of services

Beware about the P1 IP address is fix IP address regarding the technical department.
It's not rechangeable during you relog your modem.
So, people can trace your foot step...

P1 said that it is recomended that you hired their fengsui master to your house to ensure your reception of $$$.
So that you get high speed while using their service.
The service price is RM80.00, applycable while register the pakages.

The modem is getting a dynamic public IP, how long the IP will be retained depends on the time the DHCP server is set to hold the IP. It is used in any other ISP ...

If you are getting a fixed public IP, you should be thankful!

But while i ask the technical department of P1 they said is Personal and Business Pakages is fix IP. (regarding the Tecnical Department of P1)
Seem the Personal and Business Pakages same price is it better we get Business Pakages.
Mostly Business Pakages percentage get fix IP higher.

You sure its Fixed IP. I know JARING Wireless provides users with dynamic IP , but if you keep on the modem everyday , you'll notice the IP doesn't change unless its off for a really long time. I think its the same with P1 as well. It doesn't matter if you are using Dynamic or Static IP , people can still trace you.

Yup, you're under Dynamic or Static. ISP still have the chance to trace you out. If they wanted to. Even which computer you are using. Every computer have a unique ID. Whatever you did in the internet, It will be left a computer unique ID.

If P1 is under Static. It give some advantages to the people who wanna run a website or host game or even use your home computer to be a server.

P1 bs, suppose the W1MAX user friendly "they just need a proper guide to howto:enhanced the signal"

DDNS can do the same, imo prefer dynamic ip for home-user.

Are you sure that the modem will get overheat so easily? Either way, for us jaring wireless, I've even tried letting my modem on for 1 month straight without any break.

Edit: No air-cond nth, just air from the outside as it is close to the window. The condition of the modem is still uber good .

Hearing this shows that they are bullshitting you already ... if they are unsure how they can say it's fix IP? Wah .. random one? By chance?

I don't think they will let you have fixed IP, unless you pay extra. Just that your IP doesn't change after you power off and power on, that doesn't mean it's fixed. Most of the time the IP assigned to you will be renew within 24 hours and the first priority will give you back the IP that is assigned to you previously. If you did not turn on your CPE for more than 24 hours and the IP has been assigned to someone else, then you will probably get a another new IP.

Just my 2 cents.

Try letting your modem on while doing heavy downloading for 1 month and see whether it will explode ... lol ... if you turn on without any traffic going thru i think should be okay, but if you turn it on for rigourous download then it might overheat. Same thing will happen to our router ... it will hang ...
