hi..im the lucky one that got to be the trial user...hmmmm...all of u seem excited about it...ok...but imho this thing is not that stable yet..first of all in order to get good signal u hav to put ur modem near window..n u hav to pusing2 abit before u get the sweet spot...for about a week i din get the green color light at all green color mean the best signal, i will only get amber n sometime it will turn to red...as it say the radius of the signal is 50km..n the base from my house is not even 2km...sometimes it is so hard to connect n the response time is so slow...

wow... alrite then im sticking to streamyx for some few months before i make up my mind... i mean this is still new in the market so ill let it be stable 1st before i even use it and when i do i hope i dont have to wait for any response time cause im not the guy that have patience, plus i dont want to see im getting any red light but if i can i want to get a green light (speedy gonzalez)

P1 mentioned the upstream for 400kbps is 150kbps while 700kbps get 300kbps upstream and for 1.2mbps and 2.4mbps both has 500kbps for upstream.

I keep calling P1 to convince them that the 2.4mbps package needs to be paired with at least 1.2mbps upstream to justify the extra rm100++ paid.

Which area you were in now?

Does the buffering is faster than the play?

so as you a trial user the speed was something like on your siggy ? how much is that in mbps ? should be 1. something...

The try user only get 1.2mb package only for 14 days
2.4mb d only with paid user

no point you want try user get 2mb ++ due to the package limit

for video streaming it sure good if the connection is good...right now it is neck to neck, n yes that is the speed

How is the time that P1 reach 1m user ?
is it another celcom? maxis? streamyx?

sometime it really hard to connect..n u really hav to position the modem...like i said pusing2 abit..like a tv antenna..before u get the sweet spot...now i've oledi got the spot...but still sometime the response time is slow..i've tried pinging ...there is always couple of time the request is timed out..

Anyway, they said this week they will send me test the product 1.2mb
test and see 1st, and fully utilize the p2p and try 1m video streaming live beijing olimpic....haha
see performance 1st o.O
but i still sad i have been wait to be tester seem KLCC PIKOM until yesterday get call.
Hopefully that P1 don't Areoplaining me o.O. regarding give me test.

arh, it remind about the feng sui master that need to find the good spot at house..... is it the P1 W1MAX also need hired fengsui master to find the spot that got green light?

i dont think so go hole for antenna...better u try it first at your place coz maybe n only my place the connection got problem...but after all it sure fast enough

I think when you got the modem. The first thing is to try placing the modem everywhere in your house to identify the best spot should be lol.

lol maybe we can ask the fengsui master to locate the place that we put the modem then we use wifi rounter to our notebook
