Search agent Asb loan on fb, ask him/her the current offer interest rates. Usually lower than your current. So jump to them

Hi, what does “Profit charged” mean in my asbf loan statement mean, is it refer to interest rate?

The amount varies monthly to monthly, hovering around 750rm per month.

Meanwhile my monthly installment is 1030 now.

Yup. For islamic financing, it is not interest but profit instead.

Does anyone take ASB Bond here? A banker is suggesting me to take 200k loan over 40 years and can only take out money after ten or twenty years which sounds like a very long time lol

Hi,

there's this forumer that claims there are many that 'abuse' ASBF, and it has many loopholes:

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Sep 25 2023, 05:48 PM)
That's why the ASBF is not popular anymore....

Dividend cannot cover.... previously many "abuse" tte facility...  got loopholes...

Re-loans ASB cycle till..  some managed to enter million ringgit club of ASB 💪

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Sep 26 2023, 04:14 PM)
Need to ask those bankers offering ASBF...

They know the loopholes to abuse the facilities... and how to go about it...

Me as nons, don't bother to ask more details... not related & not qualified 😔

sos: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...#entry108184452

I've asked for examples or an explanation for these 'loopholes' or 'abuses', but he is not able to. So I wonder if someone in this thread can provide any?

People terminate the loans on a YEARLY basis?

Can someone confirm this?

Even if they do, how is it a loophole or an abuse?

P/s - no sure what you mean by ego here. You are making serious claims here, I would like to understand further since when I asked earlier you were not able to substantiate the claims. These are serious allegations if you claim bankers are involved in abuses and loopholes

Hey...

Please read up the topic

Don't need to spoon feed...

Few pages back..
January 2022 posting

Whatever...
It's everyone knowledge
Only u & your noob chindian bankers don't know...

Reading from this topic confirm my information

Even not yearly basis .

2 or 3 years... ride the cheap rates first. Terminate & apply new one... either from bankers officially or agents in socmed... whichever can get best & lowest rate 🥳🎉

Just now you said yearly, now 2-3 years? Get your story straight first bro.

We all know ASBF can be terminated anytime. This is perfectly legal.

But you specifically accuse asbf bankers of abuses and using loopholes, so no need to spin some more and tell us which part.

Im doing you a favor here maybe someone here can collaborate your claims

Well...
There's both yearly & 2-3 year basis... combination of both being done....

If u ever read the previous pages posting which lazybones like u won't....
Expect others to spoon-fed everything like some baby....

Since u so curious.... go dig yourself everything...
Or other which kind enough will spoon-fed the information...

Again... I says..
There's indeed some loopholes.... if u care enough to find out via the bankers or agents.... they won't layan u because u not qualified... why waste time explaining & get nothing of it...

And ask your chindian bankers to go for ASBF courses provided by the banks (if he indeed dealing with it or not who knows)....

Actually, I understand very well how cancelling loans every 2-3 years & then reapplying work. We call it rinse & repeat. It is fine and perfectly legal, and it is a well known practice and out in the open.

What I dont understand is why are you calling this an abuse and loophole, so can you explain why is this an abuse and why is this a loophole?

By calling it such, you are creating an impression that bankers/agents are doing dodgy practices and something illegal. So please explain yourself.

I am tagging actual agents here haziqnet annas473 here maybe they can clarify if 'rinse & repeat' is an abuse/loophole
