Maybank visa debit.. y it reject my card? seriusly.. i just get my card on 2pm just now..
Wondering why ler.. i wan to withraw money from paypal to my bank..

Have you login into your online banking account yet ?

MSOS is Maybank's answer to extra security measure for online transaction. It's like Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode offered by other banks. You can find out more on www.maybank2u.com.my

In order to login to Maybank online, you must set up a PIN number at any Maybank ATM and register your cellphone number at their ATM.


The code will be delivered to you via text message to your cellphone.

I don't think we're on the same page here. Can you login to your Maybank online banking account now ? Can you see all your account information on Maybank online banking account ? Did you or did you not register your cellphone number at Maybank ATM ?

i already setting up an account on maybank, i used to do online transaction.. so now paypal have reset my attempt.. and have to wait for the ( xxxxPAYPAL--*EXPUSE ) .. where can i get the xxxx code from? they said have to wait 2-3 business days oo.. can i check the code on9? please help..

Just bought a VCC from a forummer here and still waiting for the EXPUSE code. I am sure without the code, the VCC in not considered linked to my card right? But he said it's linked Wait till tomorrow for news...aihhh dont expect this transaction failed

Normally you can send your photo ID such as IC or passport & your proof of address such as utility bill or Credit card statement.

Can RHB's CashConnect Debit card (Mastercard) be used for Paypal verfication? Because I keep getting denied for some reason. Definitely not insufficent fund as got more than enough money in account. Only thing I probably messed up was my name. Put my chinese surname in the 'First Name' field and the rest of my name in the 'Last Name' field. Does that affect it?

Yes the name need to be exact, first name to be in first name field and so on.

Regarding Cash Connect Debit Mastercard, previously there is somebody able to use it to verify paypal.

However, when RHB recently introduced new VISA Debit Card, someone report that VISA debit card not usable in Paypal as RHB impose restriction that online usage only with 3D Secure (Verified by VISA & Mastercard Securecode). So you card may not working as well. The best is to ask the CS.

Wonder can a Malaysian register a USA PayPal account instead of using local ones
