You can do unlimited transaction/day but there is a limit on sending money/day. 5 times transaction/years is refer to accepting CC payment. While accepting PP balance is unlimited/year No need to upgrade to premier account coz you can have 2 PP account 1 for personal used and 1 for biz purposes QUOTE(pingping86 @ Dec 20 2008, 04:54 PM) Yo everyone... Yes because unverified PP account only can accept money but no sent money. When Steam bring me to paypal site to pay, the site said I don't have enough balance eventhough my account have enough balance to pay. Paypal then ask me to verify my account. can we use the credit in our paypal account by using the debit card in Malaysia town? considering i have no credit in my debit card, but i have USD in my paypal account (from selling stuff online)...
yes but u must 1st request w/d paypal fund to ur debit card.
after there are money at ur debit card,then only u can use the debit card buy thing
