i am from academic as well... i lecture physics (pre U level) for 1.5 years while doing my master....
since they are hiring management trainees... i think they don expect experiences = =

i told them i interested in non sales position, however they keep asking me about sale's questions, maybe is because i had sales experience, wondering what kind of position i will get....

gonzola : I don't think I am doing well in the interview. Most of the time they are asking about the position offered. Well I am praying hard to get employed by them.

they don seems to pay higher for master = = but u can apply for something like incentive if u have finish master or phd during their employment period

They asked pretty simple and straight forwarded questions. For me, they looked at my resume and asked about my education qualifications and choices (i jumped from engineering to management ), was i active in sports during school, past working experience, what have I heard about this MT position. Then they will look at your location and areas of specialty choices and ask you about that e.g. why you choose this area to work?, would you consider working this location or this location?.

they will of course explain to you different departments in the bank and ask you which would u prefer to be in. Oh they also gave a situation question regarding to leadership. Basically thats about it for me. Just be confident and you'll do fine good luck!
