CGPA is not the main concern since you are already in second upper, i got lower CGPA than you but they offered me the job.

They took 3weeks to call me back because i went to 2 interviews - first with HR then with department manager.

Take the initiative to call them back! Good luck!

I've been working for couple of months now and i can safely say the interview at pbb is not as tough or redundant as others, just behaviour questions from hr and then with the manager. In my case there was no blue form and questions werent really tough.

actually this graduate trainee is only a better name for trainee..it's not a program..im there as a GT too..they treat us as normal trainees not those under special program..they dont bond us like other company's program..our training is one year..but the hr never state the condition if we leave within probation period they'll ask us to compensate..so still can leave within 24hours before u're a confirmed staff

I see...sometimes what we took during university years doesn't reflect our personalities/characteristics, e.g. taking marketing degree but not really keen in doing marketing and sales job, and I bet most of the forummers here don't really like their job just because they have no passion but had no choice..everything needs money nowadays.. cry.gif

i'll apply for trainee credit analyst, hope to find my luck in it. I also apply for maybank atm. see which offer comes first.

anyway, thanks for your reply ya smile.gif
