GPS services is free as far as i know, so all you need is a phone with GPS built-in... the only charges will be the GPS software and the maps... but then this can also be waived by calling up your best internet fren which is Google... ps: duno wether 2 buy i780 o g810 another model you might want to consider... Just joined the i780 bandwagon last week. Got it from pda expert lowyat for 1699 without the bluetooth headset. Nice form factor. The qwerty keyboard works quite well in typing sms.

QUOTE(gacktleong @ Aug 28 2008, 05:22 PM) so upgrading the rom at summit, but where is summit? summit usj? upgrading of ROM is FOC.. yeah, summit is meant by summit at USJ... and its tat free? anotehr question here, can i assign up down left right on my phone? do you mean that you want to change the touchpad to become 4 way navigational instead of the mouse pointer? if that is what you mean, then this can be done... goto Start > Settings > System > Finger Mouse inside there, find the Action method option... change the radio button from Mouse to 4-way Navigation, if this is wat you mean... |

H1 ROM is available but not at the Service Centre. Google to find out more.
Overall, H1 ROM gets the unit faster and stable WiFi connection to hotspots. |

Added on September 1, 2008, 2:45 pm QUOTE(gacktleong @ Aug 30 2008, 09:59 AM) erm... then not sure if this is available via standard by SAMSUNG... maybe as mentioned by kerazul, u need to install the additional software the map the key...hmm.. but on the other hand if the finger mouse and 4-way navi function at the same time.. will it be too difficult to use??
