There is a big parking space beside Fort Cornwallis. See the picture. Try parking as close as possible to the clock tower.

Hi,

Will be going to Penang next weekend, is there any place (prefer Bayan Lepas area, else further also can) with sea side bistro to sit back, relax & chill, having some wine, enjoying the breeze of the wind & listening to the sound of waves?

Bayan Lepas area has nothing to shout about the sea side. If you want sea side, head for tanjung bunga, it has everything you want. Chill, relax,on the beach bistro (sunset bistro, club 69)

Tanjung Bungah food not as good since they change the Chef and GM. But think for a company event it will do.

Have you consider Pearl Island Resort in Sg Ara?

Don't think there is one. The closest to enjoying the breeze of the wind & listening to the sound of waves, right next to a very secluded beach, AND good seafood is Hai Boey, Gertak Sanggul, but bring your own wine or liqueur. laugh.gif

Always see Pisces parked at Sweetenham Pier.
But wonder what's the cost and what package they offering.

it's around rm150 per person with cabin and less than rm100 without cabin (for obvious reason, they don't need a cabin)

i will try to scan a copy of the brochure & upload here.

Ferry i think its cheap, RM1.90 the last time i travel.
Whatever you do.. stay away from mainland. tongue.gif
It's boring... trust a penangite here.. tongue.gif There's alot good food at mainland, but you'll waste time traveling to mainland what for? You'll only travel there if you're bored of the food in island.. which 3 days is not enough for you to eat everything in Island.

there's bus to Batu Feringghi too. How much not sure d.. lol

man im staying in mainland , do u know ur words are offensive?

Lol.. im sorry. notworthy.gif
But rationally, there's really nothing much in mainland. I'm not saying there's no good food there, there is, but can't expect them to travel to penang whole day eating right? laugh.gif

I do travel there to mainland for good food sometimes.. thumbup.gif
