After some long thinking.. I trying to figure out about the aftermath of Gundam 00.

Technically Celestial Being has already accomplice most of their objective that was given.What Aelioa Schienberg had planned has already come true.

Firstly CB ended the zero sum game stalemate that the 3 nation was having. Next is that now the world is united under the Earth Federation.
Also last and not least The world is force to push themself in technological terms and get rid of their armies complacency.

So now the thing i dont get is So why does CB still needs to fight now?? They had already accomplice their goal of uniting the world..

Eradicating war?? I feel that this is more for propaganda than a real objective.. You can never have no wars. Even Albert Einstien did said "So long as men live they will be always war". Since the show does reveal the Eradicating war isnt CB goal, Only our fellow Setsuna still hold on to it.

This kinda reminds of Relena Peacecraft from Gundam W who wants the world to get rid of their MS for ensure peace..

So?? Techicanlly CB job is done.. They can pretty much pack up and leave.. It shows that even 2 years after gundam absent.. The world still remain unite and even introduce us Lance MS.

Its just like TITANS/EF vs AEUG. EF maintain peace whurt...just AEUG, a terrorist organization buat kacau. Why? Cuz TITANs are the true people holding the power and they are the ones keeping the world at "peace" through tyranny. So for 00, Celestial Being = AEUG, Innovators = TITANS.

Aeolia already knew there is a faction within CB that have their own goals and he doesn't want these people who have ulterior motives to be in power. So Gundam 00 was the secret master plan of Aeolia to take back what is rightfully the people's. He even developed anti-Gundam weapons since he foresee this happening.

In summary.... fake peace is not true peace and its only temporary.

If the notion of 00 = revamped version of GW is true (they have similarities anyway), there's still a high chance that the new CB would play a role as Preventers of EW.

Even though it seems like Earth has been united, we have no idea who's having the most authority. CB might evolve into the an AEUG-like organisation if there is a Titans-like faction within the unified earth federation who rules with absolute tyranny.

The only problem here is: Titans were supposedly formed to suppress any Zeonic remnants. In 00 the only "opposing" faction is CB which pretty much consists of a few WMDs rather than an entire army like the Zeonic remnants, so who should EF fight against? Unless their Lance MSes are just to suppress any rebel factions, which would then turn the new EF into a Titans copycat anyway. Maybe Ribbons would be the new antagonist, but that means EF + 00 would have to "join forces" to fight against him.

I dread to see the new 00 rehash the Zeta setting again. GSD tried to do it but failed. There's so many possibilities though, so we will just have to wait and see. As long as CB doesn't become another 3 ship alliance where they whack whoever that starts wars, it's still relatively acceptable.

and you couldnt've forgotten that within CB itself is sorta "2 factioned"? previously thrones and the original meisters, then corner and the original meisters, then the innovators. based from some interview some time ago for double 00, they also mentioned everything that's happening in the world (from the solar war to the gundam 00 show we are watching for example) CB has something to do with it. so it still isnt too far fetched that aeolia could be a bad guy after all

and no, the world isnt entirely united and not every country joined the EF. 382? if im not mistaken countries is hardly the entire world. theres probably a few others, and the story can show those countries rebeling and what not. or maybe EF oppressing them, who knows?

you somewhat contradict yourself there, you said so long men live they will be always war, i think there is your answer. just that alone we know the world wont be united and theres always something to tell for season2. and that we can expect some cheesy "i am gundam/intervening yo wars" quote from setsuna, at age 20... lol.

The way i see it, Innovator/EF vs CB/Jovians. EF will eventually find out the truth and join the fight against Innovators as they reveal a super WMD that will destroy earth or something.
