I just book the flight to Penang from Sg.

I made 7 time booking before success.
1. Book via Chrome. Got nothing happend when i press login and pick my seat.
2. Use IE. Got unknow error after filling[1st] all the guest information.
3. Fill up the guest information again[2nd] and got error. All the information missing after i click continue. Fill up[3rd] again
4. Click on continue without pick seat then cancel(need to click cancel for not picking seat). nothing happend. So i pick click on pick seat. Nothing load after that.
5. Go thru everything again. fillup informationp[4th]. Click on pick seat. then continue without picking seat. Reach issurance page. click on cancel issurance and nothing happen. click click and click on cancel. nothing happen.
6. Go thru everything again. fill up information [5th time]. Managed to cancel the issurance. Click on debit and maybank. After login maybank got timeout. TAC number takes too long to send.
7. Repeat all again [6th time]...... Finally able to book the ticket.

Took 30 minutes to book a flight ticket during no peak. I have to fill up the information for 6th.. now I remember my passport number and my friends passport numbers. I got only 2 people flying. Imaging you need to book for 5-6 people. you will faint.

Conclusion. After upgrade, more error occur.

i want to change my flight depart from HK to KUL from 20sept to 19sept...how much charges i need to pay?

managed to book return KL-alor star for rm18 per person inc taxes...... not bad
i was surprised still can get 0 fare.

I want to ask on canceling flight and get refund. How's the procedures and will I get a refund? I am very wary on AirAsia refund but MAS I refund before.

Here's my situation...

I was planning to surprise and bring over my GF from Kuching to KL to travel. I've book the tickets already this noon and the journey costs about RM530. But when I called her today to tell her, somehow she's also traveling at the middle of that time to HK with the family... Now I'm the one who's got surprised!!

Now I want to cancel the flight... I know there will be a penalty, I just don't want RM500 gone to waste... Other time is no can do also... She is Form 6, got study...

How do I do the cancellation and ask for refund?

I just went online to research on the cancellation and refund policy... Seems like quite hard chances... But please state if there is any rule to help me bend a bit.

But now I want to change flight and date... I try just now... Seems like cannot change place. But date can...

I try use the outbound one, 10 November and change to 26 December.

Where as the inbound one i use for going back Kuching, dated 24 December.

It generate a small prompt say I can't... Why can't??? It's two different flights!

Need your opinion on this. I'm going to carry a backpack which the size of the pack is almost the maximum of allowable hand carry luggage size up to the cabin, but I got another DLSR bag(standard size) to bring too. Will they allow me to bring up a backpack AND a DSLR bag up to cabin? Anyone experienced this before?

1. I made my booking via Credit card so can i can Use the Self Check In via web? If the answer is yes please answer next question. If the answer is No then No need to bother hehe..

2. Will be carrying luggage, including Hand Luggage... So Still need to Que at the counter?

3. After I printed the boarding pass.. so at the airport no need to que right? Can straght go to departure?

Or Any advice on this Web self check-in thingy procedure?

Well, I didn't have a DSLR bag but I have a small bag to put my Computer stuff inside. I used a backpackers bag too... I guess the weight already over limit but I didn't check in the bag, because of the fees.

Recent travel was last year Dec-Jan and Feb. Same methods...

They say everywhere that stricly one bag only, but always I take a bag + laptop bag ... no questions / complaints from anyone there yet

Itori, I don't think you can cancel but just change dates to sometime that's available in the future and pay a small surcharge, better than losing the whole amount - best to give them a call and do it that way, I couldn't get my dates changed online last time either.
