i dont agree if AA move to KLIA now. I think security at KLIA is not safe la. They must improve the KLIA safety first before moving any budget airlines there. Plus, if you looks at KLIA, it really a bit torn down

As a traveller, I prefer AA going back to KLIA. It is way beyond me why I have to travel 20km around the airport to another terminal located just 5km away from where I landed! But of course, that's very unlikely to happen due to the politics and everything else which is non-business related. Well done Malaysia!

would like to find out more about the baggage allowance for AA. say we will travel 2 person and we bought the baggage package of 10kg each per person. so are we allowed to share 1 bag with the weight below 20kg? i know it's ok for MAS or other airlines but not sure about AA. thanks

It's depend on their announcement, if they allow- OK like last time during Bangkok riot. If no, burn the ticket if u sked. Otherwise go saja-lah...malaysia also one of the top H1N1 countries right now...

i have been a frequent flyer with AA ever since they launched and of course, i have been faced with delayed flights and cancelled flights(for my hk/macau and bkk) that brought me down to hell with temper flared, verbal 'abusive' words exchanged with ground crews, yet i am still patronizing them as this airline really made everyone being able to fly.

been to almost the whole of SEA thanks to AA and perhaps most of the time i don't get what i want(especially the service part..damn headache woi), but i could still tolerate that coz i paid for a cheaper flight parents paid for a cheap flight so that we could have extra to spend on lodging, shopping and etc upon arrival, in which i think are more essential to me than to get luxurious flight(my main concern is tht the plane doesnt crash! tongue.gif ).

maybe one might argue tht AA should improve customers service this and tht. but i could assure you there will be thousands perhaps millions more out there like me, will be able to(still) put up with AA's shortcomings as our main aim is to travel and not to sit in the airplane to get better service from air stewardess(come to think of it, they are just waitress...only tht they are up in the sky *no offense*).

and owh, the recently made my dream come true, enabling me to visit taiwan! waiting for their japan launch! *too bad can't go to UK due to h1n1 and short of funds!* also, with AA i could manage to persuade daddy(or rather he himself also wanna go there eat and relax) to bring me for more shopping trips to bkk. hehes.

Personally i prefer AA to MAS..mainly is due to cost, all i need is a flight to get to and frm my destination..Almost all of the AA staff are nice and friendly and two of my return flights so far have arrived earlier than expected..Ive flown with MAS a few times even on first class, but as soon as your holiday is over, you never really think about your flight, more of your destination and memories of your holiday..Never tried their meals,i load up on KFC or MCD b4 flight tongue.gif
