LED downlight nowaday i think selling from 40->100.....so is ur choice....go to top ten and house of lighting to check it out.....
i bought mine 4" for 50 and 6" for 90....very bright so far so good....

hi, wanted to chk this price for ceiling work

1) RM2.8 per sq for supply and install plain plastering ceiling with make good finish for house.
2) RM15 per ft for supply & install light trough with plastering ceiling finish
3) RM10.5 per ft for supply & install L-drop with satin for curtain pelmet finish

Is this price reasonable? hmm.gif

Go find a sheet of soft plastic, double sided tape. Use it to extend the cover to the top. Dont know how to do? Try out using thick paper. Else go find one plastic flower pot with cone shape. Cut out a cylinder that fit and match the circumference of the fan cover, cut the cylinder into two half, double sided tape it. you might not get it right the 1st time so buy 3 pots.

By the way, make sure your fan is steady and not swinging goyang. Leave some allowance, a little space between the ceiling and the cone so that even when it swing a little the cone will not touch the ceiling.

hi all... my wiring cum plaster man cut the downlight holes wrongly.. they said no problem.. can easily rectify... how they fix it..??

hey, anyone can let me know where to buy the driver to drive in the nail for ceiling frame (aka as furring channel) into concrete soffit? been searching for answer for weeks.

exclude those mobilization of material & tools, it would be abt RM35 per square metres. or abt RM3.5 per square feets.

Normally they will give us how much per square feet right? or just let us total how much only?

depend how u deal lo. yes, normally is a lump sum, coz noone so free to measure the actual area, and also if ur quantity is less, they need a lumpsum price to cover all.

may i know is it possible CT wood/ WPC like this will cost rm3k to install.
They quote me rm5500 to do plaster ceiling for area in front the door, living hall, dining and kitchen and extra rm3000 for the wooden part including the skirting. total will be rm8500
below is the sample on their show unit house.
