Hi guys, just want to know is there possible to add a ceiling fan where the ceiling has already had the plaster ceiling installed? How abt the place where there is no ceiling fan hook installed?

You may ask your plaster ceiling sifu do for you the ceiling fan hook wherever you wanna install your ceiling fan.

Hi sifu here....is it possible to remove the fan hook which is install at the plaster ceiling?

The reason to remove it is bcos I wan to install hanging light. Tks.

The hanging light casing is not enough dept to cover the hook....

hi all, my hse already has the plaster ceiling and i want to install the lighting, is it ok to put cornice after the lighting done or should i just do the cornice first and follow by lighting?

may i know the price of raw material for plaster ceiling?

and what is the standard sizes? 1.2m x 1.8m or 1.2m x 2.4m?

how about furring channel? how much?

I have price list from Nokavo

1. plaster ceiling flat area = $ 2/sf
2. L box for living+ dining + curtain area = $ 10/ft run
3. Fan hole + $ 50/ NOS
4.Painting = ceiling and wall ( inside condo) $ 900 ( the paint buy by owner)
( we not just paint, we will touch up your wall before painting.)
5. Wiring point ( with conceal wire)= $150/point
6. Cutting plaster ceiling for downlight=$10/nos( together with installed =$15/nos)
* donwlight buy by owner*
7. Ceiling mainhole = $60/nos.

Please advise will the price for 4,5,6,7 side high???

As i found some member here just mention only RM5 for downlight hole cutting

I already meet him. waiting his quotation. He quote me flat rm2.30 - rm2.40 but i seen someone get rm2 only.

Before he quote me is RM 2.30 .
But he 's kung fu is better
others people is use Indonesian,
but the contractor all is malaysian, more safety.
