Currently what mine quote a little too high for my taste

Main hall + dining (20x18ft)
a. plain board plaster & cornice --> rm2300
b. additional l-box & longkang for curtain --> rm1500
c. Aircond point 1.5HP (+hacking +copper tubing 5ft) --> rm300
d. wiring 13 lighting point & 2 fan point --> rm700

Master bedroom (18x18ft)
a. plain board plaster (bedroom + toilet) & longkang for curtain + 9 lighting + 1 fan point --> rm2000
b. Aircond point 1.5HP + water heater copper tubing --> rm900

Bedroom 1 & 2
a. plain board plaster (bedroom +toilet) + 12 light point + 2 fan point --> rm1800

p/s - No painting whatsoever

or is the quote just reasonable cause he also said that his company can give 2 years waranty... can call him if anything (sagging, crack etc).. fyi his company is 5 minutes drive away...

I bought a house from a developer and it is scheduled to finish next year. so currently planning/budgeting on what to do.

The question is if the building specification already mention that all ceiling including the toilets is using plaster ceilings, Do we still need to re-plaster it???

wah!! my contractor not yet start work so i not dare to recommend u 1 but his price not the cheapest cos he charge 2.50 but his service is good.....i ask him to come see my unit for more than 4 times without paying deposit and until now he oso not yet start work cos have to wait my kitchen renovation....
he only do plaster ceiling so he got wiring fren and i ask for that and luckily the wiring man do sell aircond oso so he quote me daikin inverter price with conceal piping and i think reasonable.....here my plaster ceiling quotation.....is a condo size 1100+sft

careful guys.. do make sure you know who will be doing renovation in your house. Don't simply take any indonesian that you think can do work for you. no offence but i just get con by indonesia which introduce to me by my "friend"

Can someone help advise. My plaster ceiling cornices are coming down! 2 pieces have fallen down, one going to and some coming out already. Also have 2 holes due to water driping.

Any contractor to do this small job and how much? Any advices are welcome how to fix it.

before fixing the plaster board please ensure there is no more leaking from the roof else will ruins ur ceiling again......

start business 2 years and got 10 years experience.....u should get some pic on ur work for ppl reference......just my 2 cent...

And we got too many jobs and can't wait until the lights all installed and completed and go there to take a picture purposedly. Hope you can understand. fix water leaking first. my house having same problem earlier. to fix plaster ceiling is cheap but to fix the leaking part is a bomb (depending where it leak.)
