Flight last longer at the end....
It's called volplaning
Then u can see them flap their membran, and use their tail to navigate

Volplaning..Oh i see.. quite amazing phenomenon..

Nice sketch there too..good work!

Ok, deviate from the gliders topic awhile. My favorite channel is NGC, yeah it's awesome..

I always hope to see real film on tortoise. But so rare to get cry.gif

And i simply enjoy marine, deep-sea.. underwater life coverage.

Another thing, i must give my glider plum too, like what you do, to plump them up!

My gliders considered skiny in my opinion.

OK, here are some pics of my gliders having a bit of fun in their cage.
Kiah busy enjoying the new toy I just put up. Natural fruit tree chews that I bought from Pet Shack. She finds them interesting and the middle part of the long chew sticks has got some tasty gel inside.

Hun, finally was able to find this backdated post of yours.

I think this natural fruit tree chews should be recommended as i read that chewing bark actually prevents dental decay and is beneficial to overall health of their teeth. And chewing is an enjoyment for them.

I'd like to purchase one and try it. Would like to ask you,
Do your gliders exercise their teeth on these sticks? Are you able to see the sticks worn off due to bites? You know what does it make of?

What do you recommend them to chew?

Have you personally check on their teeth before this? I read that the gingiva should not be bright red where the teeth and gum line meet because this may indicate an infection.

Oh, you should get them! I found the long sticks had no bark left. They chewed all the bark off and also chewed out the nutritious gel inside.

It is of Gooseberry bark.... made for hamsters and other rodent pets. I just wanted to see if my gliders would chew on them. They didn't like the round small peach wood but they sure like the Gooseberry bark.

Something like what mine does at times...but sometimes her aiming missed. Meaning you'll see her grabbing at thin air, and/or everything insight, which sometimes includes our nose and eyes.

or maybe she's aiming for my eyes in the first place.....

Before i wrap up tonite,

I want to ask you something, Jason.

I remember the pix you posted some time, a white cage about 2.5 x 2.5' covered with wire mesh with the suggie snuggling inside a hammock-like pouch, pale brown colored.

I saw the same white cage with the described pouch in Atlantis Pet Safari OUG.

And the guy introduced himself to me as Jason.

What a coincidence. It couldn't be you..must be my mistake.
