If intra day trading RM 20 for round trip.
If not, RM 15 one way ticket.

If you do less than 30 trades, a software cost of RM 130 is imposed monthly.

I think different broker will give different rates. Best is to consult a broker and ask for discount gao gao!

I think you can go to branch to ask for them to open an account (1 business day) or if you are not free you can always ask them to mail you the registration form.
If you are an active intra day trader then I think you should try to survey with other service providers as well.

The last time I do intraday trade the system hang and cost me $2k (Tricubes drop from 44 cents to 36 cents in mere seconds).

You need to contact your broker to enable cross border trading. Unfortunately I have no idea what the charges would be.

I just applied a direct CDS account at HL bank. however, why the staff didn't ask me whether I wanted to use a collateralised account or a cash upfront acc for trading?

Because brokerage fees for both are different. Cash upfront much cheaper, but you dont have 2x trading limit.
