As far as i know, we can only see the quote but can not execute right ?

I just applied a direct CDS account at HL bank. however, why the staff didn't ask me whether I wanted to use a collateralised account or a cash upfront acc for trading?

if i just submit the form to them via the website, did i need go to their offices to sign any contract or anything else?

Newbie to share trading. Going to open account with HLE soon. But required to bring 3 months bank statement. Can just print out online or need to go public bank ask from them?
