I couldn't login from both PC and mobile app, does anyone have the same issue?

It was down this morning..Getting more and more unstable these days.

Manage to login via PC but ECNET very slow, what the heck is their IT team doing?

Facing issue again with HLe broking, sell order cancellation placed via PC ectrade but did not passed to the broker properly, caused the broker sold my stock at lower price, buta buta loss. call center only know how to say sorry, no solution nor compensation.

better don't use this platform d.

I also facing the problem yesterday.
Login & logout also didn't work. Uninstalled & installed again still the same.
Then I restart my smartphone this morning, everything look good, all data are stay intact.

Try to logout, restart and login again ya!

Share margin financing with HLB .The bank is pathetic slow and inefficient .It took almost 2 week and they still processing .. i would said their efficiency will be a reflection with the efficiency of their system. Just for sharing .,,
