do we get a broker/dealer assigned to us when we open account with hlebroking? how is the service level? or practically no dedicated service, but everything go thru helpdesk?

All of the accounts get an assigned PIC. But to be honest I just call the helpdesk if I have any trouble.

Btw I trade online on my own. If you're looking for a remisier to trade for u then the fees will be higher.

i also trade online, and it is is very cheap. but there is no one to serve me, or gives me tips. some dealer is assigned to my account, but i have not even met him before.

so there is none of the online trading brokerage that would assign a PIC that actually keep close contact with us?

it's been a week still no activation from HLebroking. is this normal?

Activated mine recently. Took them about 2 weeks to activate mine. You can try calling them if you're anxious.

nah not anxious. investing shouldn't be rushed. just wondering if some how I got blocked by ccris but I do not have any bankruptcy or outstanding loan that I didn't pay even ptptn.

cuz the girl in the office told me one of her client didn't get his activated for god knows what reason. stuff like this makes you worry a little that you may have over looked something

maybe u can call the dealer to sell it for you? buying odd lots also need dealer's help isn't it?
