from my experience it's not worth bothering unless the unit share price is >RM10 and you have more than 50 shares, otherwise the brokerage charges just eats up whatever value you have of the odd lot. If you have some, just put it into cold storage until it grows into a full lot (perhaps from bonus share issues) OR when a lot = 1 share like in US and Australia; or if each share suddenly worth a lot.

it is 0.1% - for BURSA.

foreign bourses...depending which one, what amt.. 0.371, 0.265, 0.636, 0.424... with min charge.

local banks/brokers for foreign bourse are NEVER cheap.

I knew 0.1% for bursa is cheap, is it the cheapest? Maybe I should move from itrade to hlebroking.

foreign bourses, no local bank/broker is cheap - becos they all go thru SG, i believe.

but, can negotiate for better rates if u r big, fast n furious trader.

No. Transferred to my FCA and did another transfer over to TDAA.
