QUOTE(outpace @ Nov 9 2016, 08:06 PM) How do you guys sell those odd units, like quantity less than a lot, 100 > from my experience it's not worth bothering unless the unit share price is >RM10 and you have more than 50 shares, otherwise the brokerage charges just eats up whatever value you have of the odd lot. If you have some, just put it into cold storage until it grows into a full lot (perhaps from bonus share issues) OR when a lot = 1 share like in US and Australia; or if each share suddenly worth a lot.

Hi, is the brokerage really 0.1%? I'm using itrade and its 0.42% . What about brokerage/fees for foreign shares, e.g. ASX, NYSE? What's the interest for myr and foreign currency in trust account? Thanks.

I knew 0.1% for bursa is cheap, is it the cheapest? Maybe I should move from itrade to hlebroking. Foreign bourses - I couldn't find it in their website, so I was wondering. Seems like the figures you mentioned above are not so cheap compared to my sg broker.

You probably got your answer, but just in case others want to know, you'll need to email them to get the rates. I asked and there's no discounted rates for foreign stocks. Ended up withdrawing all my foreign currency and parking it with Ameritrade.

If yes, did HLeBroking agreed to facilitate your USD witdrawal directly to TDA Asia?

QUOTE(thesoothsayer @ Feb 21 2017, 01:23 PM) No. Transferred to my FCA and did another transfer over to TDAA. I see. Any recommendation on favourable FCA among all the banks in Malaysia? I looked through a few of them such as Maybank & HSBC but the T&C seems to discourage short term "parking" purpose.

Public bank also same , is painful QUOTE(kb2005 @ Feb 14 2009, 05:12 PM) Call is better than filling in a form. With Maybank online, you need to fill in a form and fax to the bank. They will process your request once received your form. This is more painful than HLe.
