do we get a broker/dealer assigned to us when we open account with hlebroking? how is the service level? or practically no dedicated service, but everything go thru helpdesk?

i also trade online, and it is is very cheap. but there is no one to serve me, or gives me tips. some dealer is assigned to my account, but i have not even met him before.

so there is none of the online trading brokerage that would assign a PIC that actually keep close contact with us?
