Sounds like scam to me. This company charges the whole modem and fees for 1 year upfront to your credit card so they could get the money in advance and thereafter it's between you and the bank.
Get smart. Complain to your bank and tell them that this company is a cheat.Persuade them to cancel the payment made to the company or refund for the bad service.

For your info, imma foreigner. I payed cash and not through credit when i subscribed.
Ive used their service, the first 5-6 month was good, but then my area starts fiilling with users and it got congested. Complaining to them doesnt bring any good either.
Lucky me i have less than two month subscription left. Imma change to something else after that
