QUOTE(edwinlcw @ Jan 21 2009, 10:18 AM) I have been using Izzi for one year plus... recently i'm experienced slow connection during day time and night time. But after around 2am.. the speed seems to be improve... what's going on??? maybe in ur area day time many user compare to night time cause ur network slow down but for me actually is normal for all isp(maxis, celcom, umobile, streamyx) only the different is how worst is it =.=" right?cannt really provide u any good solution Izzi don't expect their user to online during 2am in the midnight, aren't you? Btw, i'm staying in Bandar Puteri Puchong QUOTE(hazairi @ Jan 21 2009, 08:44 AM) think so.haha.i experienced another good speed area klang which the speed can reached 12xx download speed and 3xx upload speed p/s:klang residents fast fast subscribe izzi . lol This post has been edited by soonvee: Jan 21 2009, 12:59 PM |

Now to read newspaper also no mood, internet sooooo slow. oh really?the nearest tower to ur place i think is around klang city square there.I using izzi at meru, klang b4 and found the speed quite good at there. Now all my downloads hv to take time in this 5 hr slot. I'm becoming a nocturnal already. It's bad as i am still a student. Btw, where is the nearest izzi tower near my area? I stay in klang(jalan kapar). which area r u frm? Right now i'm so frustrated |

QUOTE(he-sham @ Feb 3 2009, 06:02 PM) i plan to subscribe for izzi one plan for 1 year & by credit card installment... i do not prefer izzi wi or izzi pro becoz monthly i need to pay more monthly for the device... speed for all packages are the same right, 1mbps ?? izzione12 dont have installment plan because the price for izzione12 only RM874 and due to credit card T&C below than RM1k cannt do installment.Somemore u only save at intitial payment there because after 13 month u have to reload every month (RM88) which is fixed rated apply to all izzi packages so means that after 13 month u are paying RM88 month not 66.btw,the lastest pc dont have pcmcia slot anymore i bet u will regret if u get a new laptop in future and found that pcmcia card cannt used. i prefer to buy separate wireless (or wired) router (PCMCIA), so i can plug the izzi one pcmcia card into the router.....plus if i'm on the move, i can plug out the pcmcia card from the router i plug in to my laptop... at least i know i'm paying only rm66/month for 1mbps broadband for twelve month (13th month free summore)...hehe anyone have the idea of how much the pcmcia router cost (both wired and wireless) ? here is my opinion, hope that i m not pissing u off |

QUOTE(he-sham @ Feb 4 2009, 01:54 AM) http://www.posscales.com.au/ebay/images/N3...on-Diagram4.jpg installment plan only available for izziyou12,izziex12,izzipro12, and izziwi12 because those all packages price more tham RM1k meanwhile for izzionemy idea is to use izzione like in this diagram...using the izzione pcmcia interface straight to the router...not ethernet port.. ![]() why i dont prefer izzi pro or izzi wi becoz i must fork out rm118 or rm128 respectively each month and i'm getting the same speed as izzi one which i can get rm66/month (for the first 12 + 1 months...which i think a good price for 1mbps broadband)... i prefer to buy a router with PCMCIA so that if i decide not to continue using izzi after a year, so the router can still be usefull...rather than izzi pro & izzi wi, if i decide not to continue with izzi, both of them useless already... this weekend i'll survey first the price for that pcmcia router.... i dont know if any compatible issue....but i guess it can work becoz as long as the it is a pcmcia interface it should be no problem regardless it is 3G technology (3G pcmcia data card) or iburst technology (izzi one pcmcia card).... no installment aaa?? why the in their promotion handout stated: Also available 12-month packages Izzione RM66 x 12 months. must confirm 1'st la with them.... hmmm.. as for rm88 after 13 months, it's not an issue... its always better rm66 for 12+1 months & afterwards rm88 THAN rm128 for 12+1 months & afterwards rm88... speedwise, it is the same....just the device..which i prefer to find and buy a pcmcia wireless (or wired) router.... as i said earlier, if i'm not interested anymore after 13 months, at least i'm only paid rm66/month during that period (which i think is a good deal since it's 1 Mbps) rather than izziwi (rm128/month) or izzipro (rm118/month).... so..the conclusion is, anyone know where to find this kind of router (PCMCIA)... ?? (RM66x12)+RM82 activation fee = RM874 .so thats why installment plan not available ~.~ This post has been edited by soonvee: Feb 4 2009, 11:52 AM |

QUOTE(alvisto @ Feb 15 2009, 05:25 PM) Ya, I agree with you. Just back to KL few days ago & read those posts few pages back. Experimented it a few days. Before heavy download, glasnost still show no bt throttle & Utorrent still can connect tracker. After a certain data limit, then snail come visits already. But does the throttle include http surfing throttle. http://www.izzi.com.my/contactus.phpTo me, throttle include slow international server surfing, but the weird thing is Izzi speedtest & local server speedtest.com shows the most fastest speed I ever had (700kbps). Is Izzi trying to mask its throttle ? I think 7am is the exact time the data limit start gua, because today I let my utorrent bt until 8am. Now suffer from snail-band syndrome already. Hopefully you can squeeze some juice out of them. Use "special tactics" if needed too. Haha. btw,u guys also can post ur feedback at here~~ p/s:waiting for Technical support give me an explaination @@" QUOTE(Alex09 @ Feb 15 2009, 07:40 PM) Hi, Yes~btw u have to make sure whether ur laptop can slot the pcmcia card or not because the the RM529 packages only suitable for quite old model laptop.does anyone know if IZZI is available at Pantai Hillpark (P5)? If yes, how can I get a 6-month-package? http://www.izzi.com.my/izzione1.php Does this mean I have to pay 529 RM for 6 months and I can use the internet service as often as I want to? Thank you!
