QUOTE(kennyukm @ May 12 2008, 03:37 PM) Hi, How about you contact JPA and try to ask for a scholarship from them? Btw if you could get a job in AUS i don't think you need 5 years to pay it back. The average salary for fresh engineer graduates is around 60k. Maybe you need 3 years to pay it back? However if you come back to Malaysia, it will be forever to pay it back.I am the forumer. I am still considering about the ANU. I am awarded 2 years, and it means I would start in Year 3 if I accept. If I am not mistaken, it should cost me around RM220,000. This would be my debt ... In this case, I have no idea how the Aus is and how the average pay for a fresh grad of ANU. I counted if average pay in AUS and Msia is almost there, then I have to work very hard in AUS for around 5 years before coming back to Msia. I also have no idea if I would stay there .... The trade-off is large, therefore, I am still considering ... Added on May 12, 2008, 3:45 pm Hi, So, in this case, is it worth to "bet" it by taking loan? Thanks... QUOTE(Cheesenium @ May 12 2008, 07:26 PM) Haih, typical Malaysian answer. I mean in term of Malaysian student in Sydney university. If im not wrong,UNSW has like 40000 students.Even my engineering school has 1000+. |

How cheap do you want?? ; rent is going up this days and due to housing shortage and influx of people; i dont think *cheap* is in the real estate category anymore. |
